I’m Shannon LaBruyere. I’m the founder of Livestream Leadership, a leadership development and training business. My mission is to equip you to lead yourself, and others, well. I'm passionate about teaching people the values and principles that lead to purpose, significance, and fulfillment in life.

I help people apply those principles and chart their course to get from where they are, to where they want to be. I did that with challenged work teams and leaders in my 31-year career with a government agency. I did that alongside my husband, Ken, when we ministered as youth and senior pastors in from 1985-1997. And, since 2015, I’ve done it through my own leadership coaching and training business.

As different as these roles seem to be, they each aligned with my values to help people learn and grow. The timeless principles of effective leadership, communication and execution were helpful and brought great results, regardless of where I used them.

Ken and I have three grown children with growing families of their own. We are Papa and Ceema to five grandchildren. It. Is. Wonderful.
